Foreign candidates outside of mobility or exchange programs or of cooperation agreements
You are an international and invididual candidate (excluding any mobility or exchange or international cooperation program).
You either would like to do a complete training in Lyon 1, or do only an internship in Lyon 1.
Depending on your project, follow the instructions indicated for each one below.
Applying to the University for courses outside of any mobility or exchange or cooperation program (individually)
You are international candidate, and you'd like to reach one of our training programs, outside of any universitary exchange or mobility program.
For an individual candidacy, outside any mobility or exchange or international cooperation program, you have to make the application procedure which is corresponding to your administrative situation, depending on :
- nationality,
- your residence’s country (and on your situation if you live in France),
- the country of your High School Diploma (or Baccalauréat),
- and the training program and level of it desired at Lyon1.

To know how to apply for one of our training programs with a program in mobility or exchange or international cooperation :
- you have at first to inform wiith your University in your country, then the department DRI Direction des Relations Internationales of the University desired in France.
Completing an internship
Important : in Medicine and Odontology sectors, the Observation training course in 2nd cycle requires the existence of a cooperation agreement connecting your establishment of origin to Lyon 1.
Once you’ll find your internship, you’ll have to sign a tripartite agreement between Lyon 1, your own university and yourself.
